Q. How will I receive my pattern?

A. You will receive your pattern in hard copy format by post. Your pattern will be printed over two or more pages which can be taped together to form one large pattern from which you can work. Each pattern comes with a full colour cover and clear re-sealable plastic bag to store your work in as you stitch.

Q. Does my pattern come with fabric, needle or cotton (floss)?

A. No. We do not sell cross stitch kits (i.e. pattern, fabric, needle and cotton for sewing the pattern), we only sell the pattern. Each pattern does, however, come with a detailed shopping list listing dmc and anchor cotton numbers and recommend amount of fabric required for stitching.

Q. How much is postage?

A. Postage on all our patterns are free. We post to any country in the world for free!

Q. How long after I purchase my patterns will I receive them?

A. Once you have purchased your pattern you will receive a personal email confirming your payment and stating when your patterns will be posted. Postage times vary but are usually between 7-14 working days. If you need your pattern urgently please contact us and we will send your pattern express mail.

Q. How can I pay for my patterns?

A. Payments are accepted via PayPal which is fast, safe and internationally recognised. You can pay using your credit card, debit card or bank account through PayPal and make a secure purchase without revealing your credit card number or financial information. All major credit cards are accepted at PayPal and opening an account is free and easy to do. To find out more about PayPal visit www.paypal.com.

Q. I don't feel safe using a credit card on the internet or don't want to set up a PayPal account. Can I pay another way?

A. Yes. You can post a cheque. To find out the name to make cheques payable to and the cheque amount contact us for more information.

Q. I can't see my Family Coat of Arms listed on your website - can you create my family name/s for me?

A. Yes, just contact us with your family name/s and we will email you back as soon as they are ready for viewing/purchasing on the website. Usually within 24 hours.

Q. I can see Family Coat of Arms but the name is different to my family name - why is this?

A. Many coat of arms have different family names attached to them. Your family name might be a variation on another name. We can modify any coat of arms to read any family name. Just place your order and contact us or make a note in the order form to request a name change on the coat of arms. It's that easy!

Q. I'm looking for a particular pattern but can't find it? Can you create one for me?

A. Yes. Just contact us to give us an idea of what you are looking for, if you have a preference for finished size and fabric count and we can create something usually within 24 hours. We will then place the pattern on the website for viewing and, if you like it, you can order it from there. If you'd like more changes, just let us know and we can modify it for you.
